The Game
Degen Downs (the "Game") is an animal racing game operated by Dost Backalley (the "Operator"). Race entries, reward multipliers, the daily wheel, the Big Jackpot, prizes and raffles use PP (Algorand Standard Asset 3390687851). Practice mode uses fake PP and needs no wallet.
Risk
Crypto tokens are volatile and may lose all value. Race outcomes are random; past results say nothing about future ones. Only use tokens you can afford to lose. The Operator makes no promise about the price, liquidity or future of PP or any other token.

Blockchain risks
Using an Algorand wallet involves risks, including lost keys, mistaken transfers, network fees and outages. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for your wallet and what you do with it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoafPickle Worldwide, its owners and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, data or profits, arising from or related to the Service or its use. All questions, requests and claims about the Service must be directed to the operator.
